Salvation...
what it is and how it affects you

Salvation is coming to the saving knowledge of
JESUS CHRIST the Son of GOD, our Creator.
It is the term that we use for knowing that
we are heaven bound.

The Bible says in John 14:6, Jesus said unto him
"I am the way, the truth and the life,
no one comes to the Father, but through me."

It is a personal relationship
between us and JESUS CHRIST.
It is coming to the point in our lives
where we realize that something is missing.
It is coming to the point where we realize that
we are sinners. It means that we realize
that JESUS CHRIST is the Son of GOD.
It means that we know that we need to confess daily
all of our sins and ask for forgiveness.
It means that we are giving control of our lives
to JESUS to be LORD, SAVIOR & MASTER.
It means commiting ourselves
to let JESUS guide and direct.
It means that we are to follow JESUS forever.

The Bible in Romans 10:9-10 NIV says:
"That if you confess with you mouth, "Jesus is Lord,"
and believe in your heart that God raised Him
from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified,
and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
