It started out innocently enough. Scratching Post opening for Danko Jones. I rounded up some friends and off we went to Hamilton.
This was actually a very special trip. I would be meeting some of my fellow Scratching Post message board people for the first time. I was giddy to say the least. (And armed wearing my Scratching post panties....)
And the rest is history....

My friends and I and the 200 Dave tags I'd written out finally find the place and my internet pals. Drinks are placed in front of me and I start sucking them back. Some weird ass band went on before SP. They were pretty bad. As many drinks as I'd had, I still couldn't get into them.
SP Goes Onstage
Scratching Post goes onstage & we all rock out. Good time was had by all. (Especially a certain member of our band of merry persons who got extremely drunk...way funny)
The Rest Of The Story
Um, well, there's some details from the event that we all swore upon keeping to ourselves, however I can tell you these key words: panties, dirty dancing, pizza shop, free Coke, ALCOHOL, drug dealers, ouch, ass cheeks on a hotel window, bad directions, 5am bedtime.
