With no living means, Alita becomes a hunter warrior, one who hunts for criminal before turning them over for profits. It is not long before she encountered Makaku, one of the worse criminal alive and it's really a relief to see Alita being able to defend herself in face of danger. One can never know what Alita is capable of as she had no memory of her life before.
