So What 1... Enough is
enough. If you are depressed, at least stop for a moment
or three to figure out why. Everyone gets depressed at
one point or another in their lives...The same goes for
being unhappy, cranky, angry, mean or whatever...so keep
it in perspective. If you really dislike something in
your life...change it. And please do so in a constructive
and adult manner. Don't hate others - that's not the
point here.The point is the situtation or behavior or
attitude. You can change it - in some way or fashion. You
cannot change another person or the life they have chosen
but you can change you and your life.
Control yourself. Killing someone else or causing bodily
harm is not the way to change something. Even rude
remarks or verbal assaults are not right either. Quit
trying to be someone you are not. If you don't like your
job - get up off your tuffet and look for something else
- even if it pays less - if you are in a bad marriage -
ask yourself why and work on it or if need be get a
divorce. If you get a divorce, pay child support even if
it means you have to live on less. If you don't like kids
don't have them. There's no law that says you have to
multiply. Don't blame anyone else but yourself for your
lifestyle and your choices. If your car payments are
snowing you under - get rid of the car. Stop living
beyond your means. If you have no life - stop and ask
yourself what's wrong with this picture? Do you really
need others to tell you?
