Don't expect someone to baby you every step of the way if you screw up. Don't expect others to put up with your whining. If you want to change, great. But do it for you and don't try to push others onto your path.

Often change is used to leverage things. Don't fall into that trap either. Don't be a martyr or a victim. Think. Use those brain cells. Figure things out for yourself. Don't expect anyone to hand you the answers on a silver platter and beware of those that do hand you all those answers.
