Stephen the Cyberguy

In the film "Blade," actor Stephen Dorff's character, the rebel vampire Deacon Frost, uses an Apple computer to crack an ancient code. Dorff, who owns a PowerBook (mwahahaha, bite me Billy Gates, Stephen owns a REAL computer) and who has done his fair share of celebrity chats, admits to being a bit of a technophobe.

"I'm not one of these people that sits in front of the computer for hours. I prefer real life to Internet life, but I think it's a great for communication," he says. "I just hope the system doesn't crash down and burn in the year 2000. I thought we were going to party, not have our energy turned off and have New York City black out."

When it comes to surfing, Dorff says he spends much of his time checking out fan sites. (Hey Stephen, man, come here!) "I've gone online and looked up all the silly pictures of me on the Internet," he says, adding that plans are in the making for an official site with his name as the URL. "My mom called me and said 'You should buy your name back.' I think I got it for $75."
