Warriors versus Barstow Riffians
The Warriors played the Barstow Riffians 18 times between 1933 and 1953, with Barstow leading the series 9-7-2. In 1978, due to declining enrollment, the two high schools in Barstow (the other high school was John F. Kennedy High School) combined to form one high school and re-named the school mascot the "Aztecs".
