The Secretary of State's Office in Pierre is a very important office.  

    The Secretary of State is in charge of  overseeing elections and the filing of business documents,
    such as Corporations, LLC, Partnership and UCC filings.

    Fair and democratic elections and thriving businesses that create good jobs!

    The Secretary of State's Office can  make sure that there is great service for all those people who file business documents,
    and that all elections held in South Dakota are fair and the rules are adhered to impartially.

    As a Libertarian and as a South Dakotan, if you choose me for Secretary of State on November 5,  I will make
    sure that the Office provides the highest level of service to all voters and all South Dakotans!
