Okay - How awesome is Elliott? No no, I mean it. He is just so great. I just saw the hunting special on Totally NASCAR, and man...he's somethin else. :) He gets my vote, hands down, for the nicest guy in NASCAR. (Sorry Jimmie Fans!) He is SUCH a dollbaby! But then again, maybe I'm just biased because someone besides myself can appreciate good old-fashiond Virginia hospitality! ;) Virginia RULES!
But anyway, if you couldn't already tell, I'm from Virginia, Danville as a matter of fact. I'm 20 years old (21 in July - WOOHOO!!) and I probably have too many hobbies to mention, but I'm going to try anyway. (Those of you that have seen this page before, know this part of the site wasn't my idea....but at the repeated insistance of several FRIENDS of mine, I had to shut them up somehow ~_^)
Anyhoo, hobbies. Ok, where to begin. Let's see...I love watching movies and listening to music, but who doesn't? I like to read whenever I get the chance. I love to shoot pool and go bowling, even though I suck at both, hehe, it's all in good fun. I live in the woods, so naturally, anything outdoors is fantastic. Riding 4wheelers, sitting around a big fire at night, going for a long walk, or riding a bike are some of the things I love to do outdoors.
I love to do stuff on the internet, such as working on this very site, and I'm in the process of teaching myself all about HTML. It's been a long process, but it pays off.
I'm a huge sports fan, also. NASCAR, baseball, basketball, football, wrestling...I love all of it. I have some favorites, and I shall enlighten you now. NASCAR: Well, Elliott of COURSE! He's #1, but I do like some others. Such as Hermie, DJ, Ryan Newman, Jimmie Johnson, Steve Park, Ward Burton, Larry Foyt (Don't look at me like that, he has potential, trust me!), Jamie Mac, Carl Edwards, Jon Wood, Brendan Gaughan, and Kenny Wallace is growing on me for some reason...MLB: Atlanta Braves & Anaheim Angels. NBA: Dallas Mavericks all the way! Dirk Nowitzki is the MAN! NFL: Carolina Panthers & Indy Colts. Wrestling: Been a die-hard Hardy Boyz fan for 3 years...but I guess now it would just be Matt Hardy...and I also like Lita, and Christian and Shannon Moore, and a couple others that aren't in big feds just yet (if you hear the name JOEY MATTHEWS, remember where you heard it first, k? ~_^). All right, enough with the shameless plugs. Moving on...
Movies and music...well, the topic has been played, but it makes for conversation and takes up space so my buddies can't fuss about this page lacking anything. So here goes...Movies: Tons. The Crow, the Final Destination movies, the Friday movies, The Recruit, Bringing Down The House, Planes Trains & Automobiles, Labyrinth, LOTR, Legend, The Princess Bride...oop, there I go on a tangent again. I'll stop myself. Well just leave the rest at ETC, k? Onto music...way more of those than movies, but I'll painfully try to select the cream of my crop...Godsmack, Coal Chamber, The Union Underground, Orgy (yes it's a band), 311, ZZTop, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Van Morrison, Warren Zevon, Chris Cagle, Shania Twain, Montgomery Gentry, Pat Green, and yes...here it comes, the inevitable doozey...BLAKE SHELTON. There, I said it. But I've been a fan of his since WAY before I even knew who Elliott was, so don't say a thing to me about it!
Okay, now that all that is said and done, let me think if there's anything else to add...Well, just that I'm not married, have no children, and no criminal record...that I know of... ;) Just kidding...it was only a felony...
But in all seriousness...my name is Melanie ***** M********. What?? You didn't think I was actually going to TELL you my name, did you? Gimmie a break! I only did this to prove a point...when I call myself M&M, yes I can do it legally. It is really my initials, so HAH. Anyway, I shouldn't write these things at such a late hour...I get more silly than usual. Evidently it IS possible. Anyhoo, continue on your merry little way around the site. Hope you like it, and can overlook my off the wall sense of humor. I'm a cool gal. Seriously ;)
