My FAQ (in no particular order of importance)
Q: How long have you been drawing?
A: I stopped in the '70's, did the mermaids in '95 then nothing til August 2001.
Q: What media do you use?
A: A scratchy 2B Sainsbury's pencil and A4 paper (It fits the scanner!) and I have recently "found" Bristol Board (A4 again).
Q: Do you use reference photo's?
A: Of course I do :^) I cannot afford live models like Luis Royo, etc. My pics come from all sorts of sources. Some of it even comes from my limited imagination LOL.
Q: Are you professional?
A: Nope, but I'm open to offers ;^) Hahahahah!! Professional What???
Q: How old are you?
A: Probably the oldest skribbler in Elfwood. But if it's important to you, I passed my 50th birthday in 2002 :^(
Q: Have you had any formal art training?
A: None whatsoever. When I took "Art" at school the teacher wanted me to draw apples....??? WOT..?? We did not get on! LOL
Q: Why do you put your own work down all the time?
A: Coz I see it as flawed and defective, which it is.
Q: Who is your favourite artist?
A: What's one of those then? (Luis Royo but see list elsewhere) I admire anybody who tries, it is all a matter of degree and would never put anybody down regardless of their level of ability.
Q: Can I use your images on Elfwood?
A: Yes but email me for my conditions of use. If you just want to print them out to hang on your wall..... (I can't understand why you would though?) feel free to do so. If you want good quality, professional laser prints signed/endorsed/dated/with a little message by me, email me for prices. The price WILL depend on how nice you talk to me LOL.
Q: What would you say was your 'style'?
A: Skribble! My images are drawings, they are not studies in anatomy, they are not technicaly correct and I see faults in them all the time.
Q: I want to draw like you, can you give me advice on drawing?
A: Why the hell would you want to draw like my skribbles??? Of course I can give you advice ~ Mail me :^)
Q: Why do you draw?
A: I've got an itch so I scratch it.
Q: What inspires you
A: You do!
Q: Do you do commissions, "art trades", requests?
A: Sometimes!! If what you are wanting makes me want to draw then the answer is "Yes!". Sometimes somebody may suggest something which will inspire me at a later date. The easiest way to find out is to ask LOL...... but you may have to go on my waiting list :^)
Q: Why do you draw naked ladies?
A: Coz it's what I do best. I enjoy doing it and have no apologies to make.
Q: How long does it take to finish a drawing?
A: Anything from a couple of hours to 24 hours (pencil on paper time, which may be spread over several days). If it takes less than 2 hours I just consider it a sketch and it is not a "finished" work.
Q: Why don't you do colour?
A: Aaaaargh!!! The "C"-Word!! Don't mention the "C" Word! Because I am C.R.A.P. at it, that's why.
Q: Where can I see more of your work?
A: Nowhere! There isn't any! That's not entirely true actually, but any other work I do is either not suitable for Elfwood or is private commission and the person buying the drawing also buys the copyright, so if they don't want me to show it as part of the deal then you don't get to see it.... sorry!! One or two pieces may appear on my home page (when I get round to updating it LOL).
Q: Do you sell/charge for your work?
A: Yes! LOL. If you seriously want to "buy" a piece (I'm talking original drawings here, not scanned, laser or downloaded prints) then I am ridiculously expensive!!! I charge by the hour and the current rate is £25.00 GBP ($35.00 USD) per hour. A full A4, figure(s), background, etc can take about 20 hours LOL, you work it out.......ROFL This applies to any "finished" pieces you see on Elfwood or anywhere else.

A: Yep! And there is a

flag on my Elfwood mainpage, the warning is very visible. If you don't want to see this type of image, don't look.
Just one last note is needed here unfortunately. I occasionally get stupid, moronic comments just like anybody else. They will just be deleted, so if that is your intention you are wasting your time. These comments do not "upset me" or "wind me up" and you won't get a reaction. If you want to discuss ANY aspect of the content of my gallery INTELLIGENTLY, please feel free to email me and I will reply in a likewise manner. Ultimately, if my images are acceptable to Thomas, the owner of Elfwood, the Elfwood Review Board and Moderators then I am happy for them to be there. I have nothing to prove to anybody else....... Last words on the subject.
