My name is Dianne, I am a widow and live in Northeast Florida. I was born and schooled in North Carolina. I am retired from a Civil and Structural Engineering Firm. I volunteer in a local private school for mentally and physically challenged children. My class range in the ages from 17 through 22. I feel I missed my calling, this is the most rewarding work I have ever done in my life. There is never anything not to love about a child.
I enjoy reading a good book, poetry, music, movies and the theater. I enjoy history and am most interested in the Civil War era - always a lady and my faith and my family are most important things in my life. Don't you think we should have had our grandchildren first? But then they are our reward for what we went through with their parents
