"Good things come to those who wait."---Greldum Drobe, captain of the White Rhino's military corps, addressing his young apprentice.
Cloaker’s Wood
Cloakers wood is the spindly, dark forest that surrounds Weeper’s Pond. The trees have
no leaves on them even during the spring and summer seasons, and their wood is black, as
if it had been burnt. The trees are very close together, making it hard to see and move
within the forest. Not a sound comes from within the forest except for the occasional
moan or cry from what sounds like a wolf that is in pain. A thick mist creeps through the
trees for the majority of the time. This makes it even harder to move about.
People who have been deep within the woods have heard eerie wind chimes that seem to
be in the distance at all times. One person who came out of the forest has claimed to have
found an old fallen apart cabin. It seemed like there was no one living there except he said
he felt like he was being watched from someone who was concealed in some shadows
from just inside a window. He didn’t stick around to find out if there was someone there
or not. There has been no records of anyone living in Cloaker’s Wood and so the cabin is
a mystery.
