"If I do not get off this bus!" I yelled. I had been stuck on the tour bus for two days. I loved touring, but I was getting restless.
"THATS IT! THE WALLS ARE CLOSING IN! I AM GOING CRAZY!!!!!!" I yelled at
the top of my lungs.
"That's it LO, no more caffeine." Jenny said.
"Jennifer, its not the caffeine, I just need to MOVE!"
"Gawd Laura chill." AJ said.
"When is our next stop? Uh oh. I'm.... I'm gonna puke." I said running to
the bathroom. I had upset myself. Which was bad.
"OK, I have only known her for two days. I think she's nuts." Nick said.
"Nick, you don't know her like we do. She doesn't like being in small
spaces for a long time. She needs room to move. And when she gets herself
upset, she pukes. I know it's weird, and I don't know why she does it." Jenny
said.
"OK. I am OK now. I swear." I said, as I grabbed my discman. I needed to
lay down. I went back to my bunk. I woke up the next day to voices in the
back of the bus. 'Maybe the rest of the guys are here.'
We had met AJ and
Nick, but for some reason Howie, Brian, and Kevin had to stay behind. We
didn't even get to meet them. I grabbed my blue and white knitted Grandview
blanket. It still smelled like home. It had a huge paw print in the middle
and littler ones on the sides. Its said Grandview Heights bobcats in the
middle of the big paw print, and in the littler ones it either said #1 or go
cats! I pulled my hair up into a ponytail and got up. Feeling how cold it was
I wrapped my blanket around me.
"Hi Laura." AJ said.
"Mmmmm." I answered him.
"Do you know who these people are?"
"Mmmmm." I said, laying my head on his shoulder.
"Can you say anything else?"
"Where's Steph, Who are these people, and when are we getting off this
hellhole that they call the tour bus?"
"Steph is asleep, so is Jenny, that's Brian and Howie, Kevin is asleep,
and I have no clue."
"I take it you don't like our second home?" Brian asked.
"Nope nope. I hate it. I wish I was at home, and if it weren't for Steph
and Jenny I would be."
"At least you have family on tour." Howie said.
"Still doesn't mean that I don't miss my neices, nephews, sister,
brother, Mom, or Step-dad."
"Yea, it doesn't get any easier." Howie said with a sigh.
"Well, I get to see Angie. She's coming on tour. Her mom, my sister, has
to go out of the country, and I have to take her. Angel Maria Kelts." I said.
"How old is Angel?" Howie asked.
"Angie. Call her Angie."
"Why not Angel?" Brian asked
"She is not an Angel." I said with a laugh. "She is almost five."
"Oh."
"Well boys, as much as I would like to stay and chat, I need to get
dressed to pick up my sister and my niece. Anyone care to come?"
"I'll go." Brian said. "Wait, bobcat boxers, Grandview blanket. Did you
live in Grandview?"
"Yea, I always thought I hated it. But now I miss being there so much."
"Yea, I know what-cha mean." He said.
"I'll be two seconds." I called as I grabbed my Nike bag and ran into the
bathroom.
