My Aquarium Page

Hello I'm Shelley and this is my Aquarium page. My pride and joy are my Jack Dempsey (one is pictured below on the left) and my Red Devil (pictured right) They live together in a 50 gal. tank . Also in there tank is 2 silver dollars,a big pleco,and a few catfish.I also have a 29 gal. tank with 3 goldfish in itI have had aquariums running for over 15 years and love them. They are quit simple to keep.Here is some helpful info.

Things that will keep a Healthy Aquarium going

I use a Whisper outside filter. These work so well and are quiet
Do a gravel cleaning once every month. It does wonders
Do a 15% water change at the same time as the gravel clean your fish will love you!
I also have a Whisper Diatomagic filter that I use every 3 to 4 months. This cleans your water crystall clean.
Don't overcrowd or over feed.
Feed good brand fish food and treats like frozen Blood worms.
