We have enjoyed camping for years now.At first we had a large tent and liked it but the older we got the harder the ground got to sleep on. So next we bought a small 1969 #16 foot camper. We LOVED it .It had a couch that folded into a bed and a ice box!! It did not have a bathroom but we thought that was OK we walked to the public restrooms and that was ok except for first thing in the mourning and in the middle of the night. Well we used that camper for 2 years and then I decided I wanted a BATHROOM of our own. So we sold the old camper and bought a 24 foot 1987 prowler camping trailer and love it. The camper has a real bedroom with real mattress, AC, heat, stove, oven ,refrigerator, freezer,Bathroom with toilet and shower, lights that work with batteries or electric, microwave,double kitchen sink. etc.you can go to the camp grounds with full hook up so you just hook up and have full water, sewer, electric.Or you can use batteries , holding tanks and everything is almost just like having electric.
We sometimes go with a group of us .Its total relaxation! sitting around a camp fire,drink beer, cooking out, riding bikes, swimming,one place we go is Brendan's Beach it even has live Bands every Saturday night, But I think my favorite so far is Wesley Island it's just beautiful there, It's a island on the border of Canada -New York. we have found some really great camp grounds and cant wait to find others.
