submission guidelines

  1. Please, please, please send your fics attached, not in the main body of the email. It’s torture for me to have to correct all the quotes, apostrophes, etc.
  2. Please, please, please, please, pleeeeeeeeease make sure your grammar and spelling and such is correct. It drives me nuts when you have too many periods, or, like, none. And I do have a shimmer of a life. *gasp* My life isn’t just computers? Nope. I have school, too. *_*
  3. NO HENTAI, YAOI, ETC.!!!! NO LEMON, NOTHING!!! Hinting is okay, I guess, but other than that…NONONONONONONONONONONONO!!!!!! *end rant*
  4. Graphic violence that is like not needed should preferably be omitted. i.e, no: he ripped his brains out and then mixed it with his boiled liver and then ripped out his heart and cut him into little pieces and then shot him over and over and then strangled him to death. That’s gigantic run-on, and it makes no sense. And it’s pointless. That, too.
  5. No extreme bashing of characters, particularly since people seem to enjoy bashing Tifa and Aeris. In other words, no: I HATE TIFA SHE IS SO SLUTTY AND IS SUCH A BI***. But Aeris is so nice, and kind and gentle and pure, etc. Yuck. As much as I severely, majorly dislike Aeris, I’m trying to be fair. So take what you get, because it’s not often that I’m fair. *winks*
  6. NO RIPPING OFF OTHER PEOPLE’S IDEA’S!!!! THAT’S VERY VERY VERY NOT NICE!!!! I WILL GET VERY, VERY, VERY ANGRY!!! And please don’t submit something that’s not yours. Please don’t.
  7. Please try to avoid crude and idiotic jokes. I probably won't accept humorous stories unless they are really funny, not just lame, stupid and idiotic. Sorry.
  8. I take images, but I probably won't be able to get them up for awhile...until I figure what's wrong, at least.
  9. I won't accept 2nd generation fics...Most of them aren't very original. (hey, there're always exceptions. Prove me wrong! It happens all the time!)
  10. Uh...only good crossovers...nothing crappy.
  11. Send in your fic with your preferred screen name, a summary of your fic ('cuz I stink at them), and what characters it revolves around.
  12. Sorry, Aeris fans, but I really can't stomach fanfics that center around her or her and Cloud. I really can't. I've tried, believe me. If you think it fit to flame me, go ahead. Just...don't send in fanfics centered around Aeris or Aeris/Cloud. Please.
  13. Like number one says, attached html is definitely preferrable...but if your compy is screwing up, like me, then I'll accept doc., .txt, and links off the page. Yupyup. And if it's really screwy...*sighs* Yes, you may send it in the body of the email.

  15. For god's sake, no Aeris/Cloud pictures! I've tried to stomach them, same as the fics, but I CAN'T do it!!!
  16. Er...this isn't the nicest way to put it, but DO NOT SEND IN ANYTHING THAT LOOKS LIKE MY DOG CHEWED IT UP AND SPIT IT BACK OUT AGAIN!!! (ie, anything similar to my level of artistic talent. ^^) If you send something in to me, and you dun get a reply, it means I didn't like it, and I couldn't find a nice way to put it, gomen ne. ^^;;;
