Wow! I was seriously going through some dub withdrawl, but Fridays game against the Wheaties sure cured that! 2 - 1 Win in overtime baby! It was unbelievs!!!!! The guys fought hard and battled back after the Wheaties took the early lead...and Sutherby's overtime goal was a beauty. Every Warrior fan in the stands was on their feet.
"Oh I'd rather be a Warrior than a Wheatking anyday!!!"

Dustin Bru has decided not to return to the Moose Jaw Warriors, in order to pursue other options related to education or employment.
Dustin began playing with the Moose Jaw Warriors in 1998 and ends his career with the club after 26 games during the 2000-2001 hockey season. Dustin leaves having played a total of 116 games and recording 11 goals, 12 assists and 58 penalty minutes.

He's now playing in the SJHL with Battlefords' North Stars. I'm gonna miss you Dustin! Good luck in the SJHL!
Wally Prawdzik is now playing in the OHL with the Sudbury Wolves. 
The Canadian Mental Health Association is having a draw for memorial cup tickets. the tickets are $2 each or 3/$5. for tickets you can pick them up at 261 High St. W. or call 692-4240. the prize will be a package of tickets to all the memorial cup games.
