Matt, Chris and Dom actually became Muse as we now know them when they were 16 years old. This occurred while they were at college, studying…well, maybe not according to Matt who "pissed around…got laid…maybe" he laughs. "I did Music A-Level. Well, first of all I did Philosophy but I gave it up after a couple of weeks. I ended up finishing Media Studies and Music. I didn’t do very well…well, I did all right, you know, C’s." Chris "re-did my maths GCSE (laughs), had a crack at Law, English, Music for about two months, but I packed it in after the first year - came out an unqualified arse." Dom studied "Philosophy for about two weeks. I did Art and Media Studies and GCSE Photography."
"What did you get for your A-Levels?" asks Matt.
Dom casually replies, "B for Art, C for Media."
"Cheeky sod!" mutters Matt.
