Well, when Nuriko was a small child, I forget how old, his sister was tragically killed, and Nuriko-sama had this convaluted idea that he could keep her spirit alive if he dressed up like her and pretended to be her, or something like that. I kind of forget where I actually read all this. Anywho, Nuriko masquerades as court princess Kourin, which was his sister's name. At the beginning of the story he's after Hotohori's affections, but he hits on Tamahome to make Miaka jealous because he is jealous of all the attention Miss Miko gets from Ho ri-sama. *pant, pant* Whew! Why He (or She) is Vital to the Show The Suzaku side needs a female seishi. They'll have to settle for Nuriko. Also, he's part of um, 2 love trianlges, I think. And he's good for a lot, and I do mean a LOT, of laughs. My Comments I love Nuriko! How much kooler could he possibly be?
