Catch22, President Lemon, Adams Not Funny, The Youth Ahead, The Dissenters
May 15th...Cove
I heard the day before that Kenny's Revenge had cancelled so i thought maybe another njska/punk band would play, but i was wrong. When i arrived at the cove, for my first time, i looked around and examined the place. It was quite small and tight for the amount of people that would soon fill it up. As i waited for The Dissenters i chilled with mike from njska.com and Plemon. The dissenters started to play and they sounded really good. I liked the sound of that place, i took my pictures which will soon be up and then watched the rest of their set. They play a fast ska horn beat thats some what hard to dance to. As i waited for President Lemon to play i went over to talk to Jay from tya. I bought some ---- and talked to Brad from Adam's Not Funny. I moved my way to the front and took more pictures of Plemon. They sounded really good, during their set i was some what looking at the girl across the way. We went up on stage to sing the group song. "I dont want to fight HEY HEY".....that song. Well after the great set i sat down and watched tya play. They were really really good that night, not saying they are bad any other night but really really good this night. After their 8 song set i talked to Brad and awaited ANF. There was a little happening in the middle of ANF's set but it was all worked out. After ANF, Catch-22 got their ---- up and played for a long time. With their new singer they are still good but you can't compare him to Tomas. The whole night was pretty good as Catch-22 played an awesome set. I was enjoying them and then kicked back in the car and went home.
