Issues AA contracts with valid reason

Keeps all guild acronyms on file

Keeps all guild rosters on file (Recieves a monthly roster and member count)

Minister of Freelancers

Keeps all freelance Reg#'s on file

Issues monthly alotments (Xp and Gp) to freelancers

Acts as the freelancer's dice master

Ministers of Healers and Clerics

Check validation of Rezz and healing logs

High Executioner

Destroys any member of WCoR accused of treason against a guild or the forum itself

Handles all WCoR  executions in an orderly manner

High Magistrates

Create alliances with other forums

Makes the charter available to any possible alliance

Guild/Freelance Recruiters

Recruits guilds and freelancers

DM Validator

Reviews and deems any DM log valid or invalid

Proctors DM's whenever needed
