Christmas 2002Here are the pictures of our company Christmas dinner held at the Ritz Carlton on Lake Oconee in Georgia. It was absolutly superb! We had a 5 course dinner that was just beyond incredible. There is even a picture of the chocolate cake I had. I don't care much for chocolate, but this was a bitter chocolate that was to die for.

Chocolate Cake
This cake was so good! It was a bitter chocolate with a slightly undercooked middle. It was slightly crispy on the outside and pudding-like on the inside. There was a caramel side that added sweetness, as well as these soft sweet pears. |
