Put The HTML fragment on your front page, or webrings page (no more than one click away)
Download the image and place it with the fragment on your page
E-mail the TMR Webring when everything is complete
If all the guidelines are met you will be added to the ring
Your site must continue to uphold the guidelines, Mission Statement, and All Rules
