During the day these fish are often seen in small groups patrolling the reef.

Giant trevally. 1 metre long.

School of white edged soldierfish.

Great barracuda. 1.5 metres long.

School of red tailed butterfly fish.

Phantom bannerfish.

School of yellow spotted emperors.

School of one keel unicornfish.

School of fusilears.

A jack was hunting through this school and the entire group changed direction and went flying passed me at high speed. Not only did I feel the water pressure and hear the "whoosh" as they swam all around me, but I was also temporarily unable to see anything around me but fusilears. Amazing!
