Q4 Information coming soon!

C/2002 V1
NEAT

Found NEAT on February 01, 2003 at about 7:45 PM. Comet was located in the constellation of Pegasus. It took about 15 minutes to find. When I did find it, it was a great view! The core was easily visible, along with some fuzz around the core. And then below the fuzz of the core lays some of the tail! It appeared to me in the shape of a candle flame, a really wonderful comet, and a great view!

C/2002 X5
Kudo-Fujikawa

Observed this comet on Monday, December 23, 2002 at about 5:30 am. The sky was very nice and clear, with no clouds visible. This comet C/2002 X5, showed up very clearly in the 20mm Eyepiece. It appeared somewhat circular in shape. It was fuzzy like the Andromeda galaxy, and no detail could be seen. It just appeared as a fuzz ball in the telescope. My very first comet!
