Total Lunar Eclipse of 2003! I just got the chance to view this great event! Although the clouds threatened to ruin the event, I managed to view it during fairly light cloud coverage and low fog. It was actually lightning towards the horizon. However, I still got to take the images which are visible below. The last image is of totality, the moon was quite dark and hard to pick up in the camera. After totality the clouds did eventually come in and cover the moon. I'm just happy I was able to catch this event, especially since I thought I wasn't going to be able to.
