PACE/CPEP MISSION STATEMENT
We believe that our mission is:
To help people take control of their lives
To help the community take charge of its directions
To help people be involved in community decisions
To be used as a stepping stone for people to get further in their education or access to paid work
To work in solidarity with the coalition of organizations united to build a healthy community
To participate in community activities
To realize our mission we will:
Use the popular education approach, thus empowering people to engage in social change
Provide information to aid people in decision making
Offer affordable education for adults at a centre located in the community
Be a place that is for the people, by the people and run by the people.
