Kiryuu Touga

He is the Student Council president, and a long-date friend of Saionji - among all his "love opponents", he has known the jerk for the longest time.  Touga's superiority in every domain has made Saionji mad and he is deeply jaleous of him.  Yet, they seem to get along well together - isn't envy a form af longing?

TougaxSaionji, with MamiyaxMikage, hold the yaoi flag of the series.  They form the most popular shounen-ai couple of SKU, even if Mikage and Mamiya are more serious about their relationship.  And fangirls just love to match two beautiful bishounen together, don't they?  XD  And most of the time, the boys are wearing revealing outfits (think of Touga when summoning the Akio car, or Saionji when he practices Tendo).

In the movie, these guys do not relate at all together.  In the anime, they have quite confusing conversations...  and a lot of ambigous manga pics do exist.  It is always the same; all the romance is taken away when the manga is adapted into an anime tv series.  Always.

To me this pairing is the best among the other I propose, because Touga would actually be the controlling one in the couple.  Saionji would be dangerous, alone with Himemiya, he would constantly fight with Utena (he tried to kill her, after all) and I guess he'll never notice Wakaba, who would do a-ny-thing for him, and become so submissive that Saionji would take advantage of her...
