P.H.A.T. (pretty hot and tempting!) dudes... yummy young things... hotties... whatever you may call them... the hottest guys rockin' the entertainment scene are all here!
Heading the list, of course, is the hottest guy on TV: Scott Speedman. He plays Ben Covington --the sensitive, understanding yet temperamental sweetie of Felicity Porter-- in the four-season WB t.v. show Felicity. Check out his Ben character's swoon-worthy lines in the Excerpts section of my website. His barely-audible, soft-spoken, almost-whispered lines in Felicity has endeared him to the avid fans of the show. This guy's intense smiling eyes, cleft chin, killer boyish grin and those cute corners of his lips will surely knock you off your feet. And of course, his hair -- how can I not mention that perfectly-groomed great brown hair of his?! He appeared in the movie Duets, alongside Gwyneth Paltrow. He has the distinction as the only cast member who didn't sing a note in this videoke-inspired movie. He also starred in the 2003 blockbuster movie Underworld wherein he played the role of a werewolf. He was also in the artfilm My Life Without Me
In close competition with Speedman in terms of phatness rating is vocalist Brandon Boyd, the front man of the nu-metal band Incubus. This dude redefines the sexiness rating of the just-got-out-of-bed look. His trademark quirky swaying dance moves as seen in the "Are You In" video, plus the way he closes his eyes as he sings just sends you to boyd heaven. He made the TRL's 2002 list of music celebrities with great abs. Catch the "Wish You Were Here" video so you may judge his abs (a fair warning: resist the urge to pull down his pants in this vid, ok?!). Tom Welling plays the young Clark Kent / Superman in WB's Smallville. This superhero dude makes every gal wish that they were in Kristin Kreuk's (plays Lana Lang in Smallville) shoes. Tom Welling had been a model for Abercrombie and Fitch alongside Ashton Kutcher (That 70's Show; Dude Where's my Car?). That explains the "beautiful" model look he exudes. His eyes seem to be his best asset. He has the ability to melt you with his gaze or make your knees weak as you get lost in those soulful eyes of his. Now I'm sure every gal would want to be the damsel in distress if the super hero was *this* hot.
I have first seen the young Ethan Hawke in the two-part movie White Fang. Since then, I have been hooked on this cute actor. He appeared in the romantic quaint little B-movie Before Sunrise, Alive, Gattaca, the smash hit Training Day, Great Expectations and of course, my favorite Ethan Hawke starrer, the Gen-x movie Reality Bites. I think this actor deserves MTV Movie Awards' Best Kiss title. I have never seen any other actor who can ever come close to the trademark look of Ethan when he kisses his leading lady. I swear (*sigh*). His kissing scenes with Winona Ryder (Reality Bites) and Gwyneth Paltrow (Great Expectations) will give you that warm, fuzzy, goose-bumpy feeling. Now that's what you call a best kiss.
N*SYNC frontman Justin Timberlake, a.k.a JT is the luckiest boyband product to hit the music scene. He has successfully released his solo effort, Justified. Catch his "Rock Your Body" video where he does the funkiest dance moves ever. Indeed, JT is the man of the moment. He is oozing with confidence and boytoy appeal. Now don't be so quick to walk away...
While JT is the groove of N*SYNC, JC Chasez is the soul of the chart-toppin' boy band. This guy is cute in a strange way--in specific camera angles and lighting which doesn't emphasize his weird nose. He also came out with his own single, "Blowin' Me Up" ... A very funky Prince-sounding JC here... far from his soulful N*SYNC singing style. You will definitely be blown away when you hear how bouncy the song is. Very hot. I personally don't like the new, scruffy, preppy grown-up look he has been sporting lately. I still like the adorably cute, quiet, sensitive guy he was during the good ol' N*SNYC days.
Girl, where's my hot dude? Well here he is... Ashton Kutcher from the movies Dude, Where's My Car and Just Married, and the guy who plays dumdum Kelso on TV's That 70's Show. He seems to be stereotyped into the "hot dimwit dude" roles...hmmm... But hey, his killer boyish looks, that hot lips and sexy cleft chin lets him get away with it.
James Marsters. Yeah... that's the name of that Spike vampire dude in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He plays a toughie vampire whose affection for the slayer turns him into mush. His character's dark, bad-boy, brooding kind of appeal is what makes Buffy watchers go "Oh bloody hell, I don't care if he looks like a skull sometimes--he's still hot!"
