Notes:
1) The rocket was launched from Wallops Island.
2) Third and final test of escape system. Despite one of the two Castor rocket booster motors failing to ignite for 5 seconds after liftoff causing a lower than planned test trajectoryand as a result, the space capsule experiening a little over twice the dynamic pressure for its reentry as planned, the test is considered a success.
3) The flight was initially described as Little Joe 7 by the Wallops Island postmaster and covers from there are marked as such. It was later changed to Little Joe 5B by NASA.
