TRADES:
There been some very good Trades in the first couple days(check trade reports, some are up), some teams going Young and Rebuilding while others are stocking up with Vets going for the Season 1 Title...Alot of Teams improving, while others got alittle worse...Some Big Names were moved around including: Francis, Gordon, Webber, Hinrich,Hughes, Ilgauskas, Chris Paul, Pierce,Carmelo and a Big Trade with Duncan were all moved, some a couple of times..
Possible Retirments(Just Rumors):
Doug Christie-Rumor Has it that He signed with the Blazers hopeing to make a run at 1 last Title before he calls it a Career...
Gary Payton-Was recently heard talking to Shaq that he Hopes the Heat can Take the East and Win a Title this year because this is most likely his last Season..
Biggest Suprises:
Chicago Bulls GM-JuIius Erving is doing a Fantastic job with the Bulls, pulling off some huge Trades and making the Bulls into an ABA Title Contender...Keep up the good work..
Biggest Dissapointments:
Couple Gms- sign up and quit right away, automatic bid to the Hall of Shame,I guess if you know your not good enough gm to make the Hall of Fame then you might as well go for the Hall of Shame..
Draft Class 2006:
ABA Draft: This is where ill pick a couple prosepcts out from the upcoming draft and tell alittle about them...Or just talk about the draft...
Overall Draft- Very Weak draft this year, No really high end talent but you may find a couple gems later in the draft, the Top players in the draft are all solid but i dont see many All-Stars if any coming out of this class..Alot of Solid rotation guys...Good draft to build some depth on your bench but thats about it...Next Week We will look at some Prospects from the draft...
