Alyn McCauley has a lot of weight on his shoulders. He will be counted on to finally show his potential and develop it. It is expected that he will improve a lot and really help the Atlanta Thrashers out. He will either play on the Atlanta pro team or on the Chicago Wolves but it is certain that Atlanta wants him to produce. He will not only be counted on being very good defensively but to also contribute offensively. McCauley is the reason that let Jason Wiemer get traded as Atlanta is expecting to get a very solid two-way player. Alyn struggled his first year in the CTCHL but really improved in his second. As long as Alyn remains healthy everything will be alright for him. We hope Alyn can do what he did in the playoffs in the NHL.
