Back in the day, Robert Costabile was a houshold name around Ivanhoe. The man who once popped a buzzer beater from half court when 3 pointers didn't even count has joined Mr Gor's All-Stars to boost their field goal shooting arsenal. A great shooter off one step, Costabile will be looked to as a main offensive weapon for the team as team-mate Paul explains from his one on one experiences during pre-season practices. " He really gives you the sh*ts! I mean, you stand right in his ****in' face with your hand practically down his throat and somehow he still manages to put it in. And not just once either! " Rob's time at Ivanhoe was long and prosperous before he moved on to Marcellin Eagles basketball where it seems ironic that most of the Mr Gor's All-Stars players careers ended. Stats are not available for most of his past history but we're sure they were pretty good.
STRENGTHS: Rob's obvious strength which has already been discussed is his outside shooting. He is a great shooter off one step and doesn't need long to set himself. He's also of a good size which enables him to work underneath for the boards on the defensive end and he could also be used a possible low-post option if need be.
WEAKNESSES: No obvious weaknesses for Rob, he is a fairly well rounded player, sound in most departments. However, his dribbling can be a little suspect when forced to the left side due a lack of left hand ball handling skill.
