It's no wonder David was voted MVP for the MGA's debut season in the Hawthorn Basketball Association (HBA).  He is no doubt the best all-round player that the MGA has seen.  He can play the 2, 3 and 4 spots (SG, SF & PF) using his speed and slick ball-handling skills.  Not only can this guy cut opponent's defence to bits, when assigned to a defensive job, his man won't be able to put up a shot without a hand in his face.

Although he can sometimes get a little too hyped and receive techs (e.g. for saying "that's ridiculous" about a bad call against him, David was handed a technical foul), David has learned to deal with the corrupt referees and dodgy opposition.  Now he concentrates on the game and puts out nothing but 100%.

Some may say that David is skinny, but let me assure you that this guy battles for rebounds, draws charges and is in there with the scuffles.  The MGA have never seen a player with such determination with skill to match it.  This youngster isn't somebody you want to lose.

• Cuts through defence like a knife and can either finish strong or draw the foul

• Can play a range of positions on the floor

WEAKNESSES:  

• Isn't very confident using dribbling tricks to evade defenders

• Can get a little fiery when things are against him

• Can get angry while out on the hardwood and play poorly
