TNM four weeks after PRESTLEMANIA IV. The .P.W.F. World Hardcore title is on the line, with its competitors facing off, to crown the new champion.

Two weeks before, a tournement was announced by the Commissioner, Stephen Main, the matches would determine the 1st #1 contender for the belt. The matches were as follows:

• Main(winner) Vs Massimo Hayashi
• .PAD.(winner) Vs Massimo Hayashi
• Main(winner) Vs .PAD.

The Commissioner of the .P.W.F. Stephen Main, won the match, and would progress through to the title match.

One week before the 20th of April 2004, another tournemant was announced, this time by the Chairman himself. He declared that Jay Santini could not just come back and claim his title shot, he would take part in a second tournement, the matches were as follows:

• Massimo Hayashi(winner) Vs Dante
• Dante Vs Jay Santini(winner)
• Massimo Hayashi Vs Jay Santini(winner)

Jay Santini, a recoving alcoholic, the man who was dubbed the mouthless freak, won the match. A match which could be entered in the Top 5 matches of 2004.

Jay Santini Vs Main

The match had its twists and turns, fast action and extreme action, but Santini came out on top, when he delivered three 'Jay-Bombs' from a ladder, he went for the cover but Main, kicked out. Jay whipped Main off the ropes expecting to connect with a head shot using a trash can, but Main countered with a big boot to the face of Jay Santini. Main then went for the tombstone piledriver but Jay reveresed and whipped Main off the ropes again, and caught him with the 'Doomsday' for the 1..2..3.

As Jay climbed the turnbuckle with the belt, on his shoulder, Main lay, motionless on the mat. A sinister aura posed over Main, he was sure he would win, only the future will tell if Main will re-gain his lost gold.
