Baseball is a glorious game, a sport that is fun to play and enjoyable to learn. Start with rules to get an overview of how to play the game. Continue on with the lessons you choose or with this introductory lesson plan:
Check out hitting and offense first. Get comfortable with a lesson on the mechanics of hitting.
Learn how to grip the bat and take your batting stance.
Continue to the linear swing and learn how to hit a baseball.
Learn the rotational swing.
Move to fielding. Get the basics of playing all positions.
If youre up for it, learn how to take the defensive stance and field a ground ball, field a fly ball, etc.
