Water war Spaceman?

Imagine this:  Time: 2 a.m.  place: Right outside the enemy's camp.  Objective: Destroy the enemy's camp

Suddenly, your leader shouts "CHARGE!!!" and you leap to your feet.  Beads of sweat roll off your forehead as your about to confront the enemy.  No, your not worried about if you will be able to fight hard enough.  No, your not thinking about an escape plan.  No, your not worried about tripping with your 5 pound jungle style combat boots on.  What your really worried about, is if the enemy just laughs at you when he sees your weapon, a flashly looking gadget with neon tanks and styling from 10,000 years in the future.

Ouch!

Were not left with many choices.  You go to the toy store.  Here's a water gun, theres a water gun.  The only problem is they look the same, like they are from outer space.   If I see a gun that does not have a yucky spacy design, like the Splashzooka,  it stands out.

If the out-of-the-ordinary design gets copied enough, pretty soon it becomes ordinary.

I think this is the current trend with water guns today, at least with some of the Super Soakers.  Now there are really good looking water guns out there, like the MX and the CPS-2100, and the Splashzooka is a wonderfully and creatively designed water gun. .  Guns like the XP-150, XXP-275, and 300 are great classy looking weapons!  They have a little bit of futuristic design, but its more of that Transformers-type tough looking design instead of that Spaceman-type design.   And besides, the Transformers were cool!
