Water war Spaceman?

If you take a look at the modern XP line, they all look like futuristic weapons...then take a look at the CPS 2700...same design.  The 2700 may be a really sweet gun, I don't know because I have not tested it, but if i was in battle, I would not be very intimidated by it.  I tried out the XP-270 which , as I have heard, has been hailed as good as the XP-150 as one of the best super soakers ever(can you believe it?).   The handle is very uncomfortable to me, and the trigger is so small that my finger gets pinched when releasing the trigger.  If your fingers are thick, I would not recommend the 270.Now the monsters are the opposite.  YAY!!! Tough looking and very well designed.   They are good guns, and they look good too! Remember, we are just focusing on cosmetics here, not performance.

Now, there are two main spacy designs. Cool and uncool! Cool would be like the XXP-275, that tough kinda Transformers image, and then the other spacy, the uncool one, is pretty much whatever look ugly. This inludes the XP-270, the SC-400, the Backfire, the CPS-2700, and the new Max-D pistols.

To some extent, blasters HAVE to look spacy...first of all, we don't want them looking like real firearms. Second, because it would be the right thing to do, to hold to the tradition of creating futuristic looking blasters like Super Soaker did in the beginning. I liked the old futuristic design instead of the new futuristic design, if that makes any sense. The old syles just had more class, and didn't look as funky.
