WELCOME BACK PETER !!!
This is the fifth year of the Penguins in the league, and they have definitely hit a lull in the franchise existence. Having a large wallet but never spreading out the money, management of this franchise have frustrated fans every year by having too small a roster, and one that can't improve. A super star studded 3 lines but no depth, as year in and year out the same players produce the same amount of points. To get better and increase attendance at the games, this team really needs to fill the roster. They have great trade bait and need to set the hooks into other teams pocket books, getting some youth and up-and-comers for the Penguins sure points, otherwise it is going to be another disappointing mid pack finish again.
