LA City entered 7-0, #2 in South, #3 in Calif. Oxnard entered 5-1. Oxnard stayed even early on the strength of Massey, but when he got his 3rd foul and sat down with just under 8 mins left in the half LACC opened a lead. Massey returned to start the 2nd half and Oxnard closed it to 50-46 but then Massey got his 4th foul and sat down again - and LACC pulled away again. Tony Key was limited in both minutes and effectiveness due to a left ankle injury.
