This rating is a combination of the Performance Index (Perf) and the Activity Rating Formula (ARF).
In this case, I simply add them together. Ordinarily, I try to calibrate them a little so the ARF (which is usually a little higher) doesn't have a disproportional effect. However, since the top Perf rating and the top ARF rating were the same, I just added them together. This has never happened before!
