These ratings are for single games from games I have attended and scored during the 2006-07 season.
I use two ratings formulas: the Performance Index and the Activity Rating Formula. Each is based on the players' statistics (i.e. not team performance). Then I combine the two ratings into a single "Combined" rating.
The Performance Rating is:
Rating=points+rebounds+assists+steals+blocks-turnovers+made goals made-field goals attempted+free throws made-free throws attempted+threes
The Activity Rating Formula is:
Rating=field goals attempted+blocks+steals+rebounds+steals+free throws attempted+turnovers
