These are, in my humble and completely subjective opinion, the top 100 players I've seen this season in the California Community Colleges, plus 3 more I had to add during the playoffs. They are listed alphabetically, and though I've listed their position I compiled the list without regard to position. In those rare cases in which the player has already committed to a 4-year school (and I've heard about it), I've noted that as well.

Late Additions:
*Will Wynn, PG, Santa Barbara and Three More from Grossmont: Steve Clark, SF (CS Northridge); Michael Scharf, PG; Sylvester Crockem, SG. (I added them after my original list was completed near the end of the regular season.)
Might Have Been: *Chris Adams, C, CCSF - Fresno State; Jason Chivers, C, LA Trade Tech - Seattle Pacific; *David Warsaw, SG, El Camino - CS-Fullerton; *Marcus Johnson, SF, Canyons.
(Adams apparently left the team late in the regular season. Johnson and Warsaw were injured early in the season. Chivers was injured just before the new year; he is now headed to Seattle Pacific).
Bold: The All-State Top 5 (one at each position).
*Freshman
**Wille Johnson (Fresno) and Chuck Jones (Pasadena) are also highly-regarded football players and that may be where their futures lie.
Including the late additions, the defection and the injuries, 54 schools are represented. Fresno and Ventura placed the most players on the list, with 4 each.
Going by PRIMARY position, there are 23 point guards, 22 shooting guards, 24 small forwards, 24 power forwards and 15 centers.
By class, 62 are sophomores while 46 are freshmen.
I've gone primarily by how impressive I felt these players were when I saw them, but I've also taken note of other reports and stats. If there's what seems to be a glaring omission, it may be because I didn't see that team this season. Or perhaps that player didn't play in the game I saw. And in one case (and I won't say who it is) it's because while that player is considered an excellent prospect and has been very productive at times this season, he didn't do much when I saw him so it's hard for me to put him ahead of other deserving candidates on this list.
This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of all the top players in California. It is intended to be a list of players who have stood out, and I hope they all get the opportunity to continue their careers at the 4-year level. So...if you're looking for some good players, this list is, I believe, a good place to start.
