Here are my choices for the 2003-04 All-State Team and Top 100 JC players in California that I've seen play this year. This is of course my subjective opinion, and while I'm a fan rather than a coach, mine may be the most informed opinion around since I doubt anyone else has seen as many teams play this year as I have.
The All-State picks are in addition to the Top 100. And the Honorable Mention section is a list of very good players that I seriously considered for inclusion on the Top 100.
Since the COA selects 22 players for their All-State team, so do I. One difference though, is that I designate first-team selections from each region, as well as a "6th man" who excelled coming off the bench.
