Here are my choices for the 2006-07 Top 100 JC players in California. The additional requirement is that I have to have seen them play (either during the regular season or during the summer - at some point during their JC careers).
This is of course my subjective opinion, and while I'm a fan rather than a coach, mine may be the most informed opinion around since I doubt anyone else has seen as many teams play this year as I have.

The state's scoring leader in 2005-06, Norwood was found to be ineligible in January after having been enrolled in just 9 units. That miscue not only cost him the chance to defend his scoring title, but resulted in Mt. SAC's forfeit of 9 wins, ruining their season as well.
