Here are my choices for the 2008-09 Top 100 JC players in California. The only requirement is that I have to have seen them play (either during the regular season or during the summer - at some point - at the JC level, in HS or in a summer league such as the Say No or the SF Pro-Am).
This is of course my subjective opinion, and while I'm a fan rather than a coach, mine may be the most informed opinion around since I doubt anyone else has seen as many teams play this year as I have.
