Sheila Howard is the dance coordinator for the Marshals. She was a cheerleader at Panhandle State University in Goodwell, Oklahoma. Sheila received her B.S. degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma, and is currently working on her Master's of Education degree. She is in her second year as Dodge City Community College's cheer and dance coach. She is married to Martyn Howard and they reside in Protection. She is very active in her community. Sheila is a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician, the summer recreation director, T-Ball coach, and a member of the Community Chorus. Sheila and her family are also active members of the Protection Mennonite Church. She and her family reside in Protection, Kansas.
