The Melbourne adidas Tigers claimed their second WNBL victory for the season with a 86-65 win over the Perth Breakers on Saturday night.

A huge boost for the Tigers was the return of Michelle Brogan, who played her first game for the year, scoring a game high 30 points and grabbing 12 rebounds to be the dominant player on the court.

Kerryn Henderson (12 pts, 5 rebs), Andrea Walsh (10 pts, 4 rebs), Rebecca Brincat (10 pts, 3 rebs), Aneka Kerr (8 pts, 5 rebs), Anthea Tona (7 pts, 2 rebs), Julie Stringer (7 pts, 2 assts) and Sharon Milner (2 pts, 8 assts) all contributed to a great team effort by the Tigers.

The girls have two games next weekend, starting with a home game against the Dandenong Rangers at Keilor Stadium on Friday night (7.30 pm tip-off), followed by an away game against the Bulleen Boomers at Bulleen on Saturday night (7.30 pm tip-off).
