Karen was a seven time state qualifier in cross country, and six in track.
She won three regional titles in cross country and nine in track. In 1995 she

At Morehead State Karen was a member of the 2000 Ohio
Valley Conference Championship team. She was selected Second All-OVC Team in
2000. She was the 2001 individual cross country champion, and runner of the
year. Also in 2001, Karen was selected to the First All-OVC and Southeast
All-District Team. She is a 8 time OVC Champion in track, and has been selected
to the All-OVC team 14 times in track. In 2000, Karen was the OVC indoor runner
