Apparently, a lot of drivers don't know how to turn right, as evidenced by the results of this road race. It was the third worst race, as far as total team points, of the year (behind Texas and Michigan). It was an exciting race, from what I hear, with Tony Stewart holding off Robby Gordon (!?!) and Jeff Gordon (who was going for his seventh road victory in a row).
Tim built his lead a little, outscoring both Mike and I this week. The week's low belonged to Sean & Billy's team, so they strengthened their grip on last place. They now are trailing Al by 542. That's pretty bad. There's definitely not a lot of driving talent there. Or a lot of scouting/managing talent in the ownership, either.
Todd is in a goofy stretch here. Four weeks ago, he had the high total for the week. Then he put up two straight low weeks. Last week he was high team again. "Consistency is the hobgoblin of simple minds." Apparently, for simple-minded Todd, so is inconsistency.
